3JASON KELLER: The series veteran, with a new sponsor for his team, has two consecutive top-10 finishes and is a former winner at New Hampshire.
Observations
ABC/ESPN's coverage of Saturday's race will get an assist from Steve Letarte, crew chief for four-time Sprint Cup Series champion Jeff Gordon and native of nearby Maine. Letarte will work with ESPN's “cutaway car”
and other visuals in the Tech Center to help explain various technical aspects of the race.
New Hampshire has hosted 21 Nationwide Series races and the track has had 21 different winners. That is an astounding feat, particularly in this day and age with so many Cup drivers entering races held on the same weekends as Cup events.
